This website introduces Heart Lynx’s jewelry and studio experiences. Online ordering is not available here. For an appointment or private event, contact the studio or use our Square booking link.
Our metals
Our jewelry options are gold-filled, sterling silver, and stainless steel. Gold-filled is different from solid gold and gold plating. Availability and the specific metal of each chain and charm should be confirmed for your chosen piece. Photographs are examples; confirm the current selection with the studio.
Metal sensitivity varies from person to person. We do not promise that every piece is allergy-free or will never tarnish. Ask us about the composition and care of a particular piece before choosing it.
Private-party bookings
The private-party booking deposit is $50. Contact us before paying to confirm availability, the event total, how the deposit is applied, and the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for your event. Those terms must be provided in writing before payment. This page does not designate the deposit as non-refundable.
For studio appointments, review the terms shown by Square before confirming. If a cancellation rule or charge is unclear, please ask the studio before paying.
Delivery and online returns
We are preparing online ordering. Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery charges, and our change-of-mind return procedure are not yet available. They will be published before online payments open, with the full price, applicable tax, shipping, and any mandatory charges shown before you commit to an order.
We do not currently accept shipping orders through this website. Contact the studio about your visit and any purchase arrangements.
If something is wrong
Contact heartlynxpj@gmail.com or (781) 913-0492 about a faulty piece, an incorrect item, or a booking concern. Include your receipt or booking reference if available and a description of the problem. Do not send card details.
Nothing on this website limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Customization does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Where EU/UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, we will honour them; any lawful personalized-goods exception must be clearly identified before purchase, rather than applied to every customized piece.
