Came in to visit Salem MA from Pittsburgh and on our last day decided to get a permanent bracelet on our last day and I do not regret it. We made an appointment the day before. She had a wonderful selection of both bracelets and charms. She even altered my other bracelet (adding a bat and fixing the length). I highly recommend going here. She was wonderful and took good care of us.

I cannot say enough nice things about Heart Lynx! I reached out to them a month before my bachelorette trip and not only did they fit me into their schedule, but they made it the best experience of the trip! From the moment we walked in we were met with smiles and genuine excitement. The room was decorated, there was bubbly, charcuterie, desserts and more! Both ladies were kind and attentive and overall had great energy. They even gave us some recommendations for sights to see.
