Came in to visit Salem MA from Pittsburgh and on our last day decided to get a permanent bracelet on our last day and I do not regret it. We made an appointment the day before. She had a wonderful selection of both bracelets and charms. She even altered my other bracelet (adding a bat and fixing the length). I highly recommend going here. She was wonderful and took good care of us.

I cannot say enough nice things about Heart Lynx! I reached out to them a month before my bachelorette trip and not only did they fit me into their schedule, but they made it the best experience of the trip! From the moment we walked in we were met with smiles and genuine excitement. The room was decorated, there was bubbly, charcuterie, desserts and more! Both ladies were kind and attentive and overall had great energy. They even gave us some recommendations for sights to see. Each of my girls left with their own unique piece to commemorate the trip and we are all in love with our new jewelry pieces! Had an amazing experience here on a trip to Salem! Easy to book, she had lots of availability day of, and a fantastic space/vibe/selection. TONS of styles and charms and chains. The owner is extremely nice, helpful and welcoming and we had the best time! Made our time in Salem so much better.
